In an amazingly productive weekend on Nov 27-29, our team Arina Syrdybayeva Aruzhan Tulegenova Aida Sarinzhipova had participated and won first place in the KZTalents Hackathon organized by Seedstars and JAS VENTURES, L.L.C. Kazakhstan! The aim was to

“find and build viable solutions in the community management and networking specifically tackling the engagement of graduates by Alumni associations”.

Just within 3 days, my teammates and I worked in different time zones and pulled all-nighters to refine our idea and build an MVP prototype of our solution - GoldLeaf.

Big thanks to the NISAlumni and NU Associations that presented students in Kazakhstan with the great opportunity to come up with many exceptional ideas. We are proud that our country has started organizing virtual events like this and hope there will be more of them in the future! Thank you!
