Q-Art Web Studio - system integration, automation of technological and business processes of an enterprise, IT consulting, and web/app development studio.

I develop prototypes for projects working on Framer and AdobeXD to create a sample finished product for our clients. I also develop websites, mostly frontend, using technology like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress. Also, I am responsible for our programmers like recruiting and distributing their responsibilities; write out the technical task for them, and check their daily performance. Besides that, I launch targeted advertising on Instagram with a reach of over 39,000 impressions, create quality content and also check accounting reports and create business proposals.

Key Accomplishments:
o Completely covered our initial expenses after just one big successful project and generated a 73.3% increase in net income in the first six months after launching the company.
o Made a first-time legal agreement which resulted in a huge benefit for our company creating a long-term income flow.
o Successfully established a new brand on a local market by finding partners, developed B2B relationships.
o Managed developers to create a big online website platform for a restaurant chain which allows them to use their website as an online store with a delivery option using WooCommerce and IIKO API.
